All G@lxy orders are processed with intention and care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping
- International Orders: Typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
G@lxy Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
